Meg Walsh

VP of Asset Management

Meg is an Asset Manager, providing senior operational oversight for multifamily apartment properties located in 12 states equaling over 9,400 units.    In this role, Meg ensures that ownership’s operational, capital and unit renovation goals are met on each of the properties in her portfolio.  Meg is also integrally involved in the acquisition, financing and disposition of properties in her portfolio.

Meg joined CLK Properties in August of 2003.   Prior to joining CLK Properties, Meg was a Regional Property Manager with AIMCO for 10 years.

Meg graduated from the University of Montana, Missoula with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and resides in New York City.
