Jake Koenigsberg

Principal/Asset Manager

As a company Principal and Asset Manager, Jake has a leadership role in all aspects of CLK’s multifamily portfolio with a focus on planning, budgeting, asset preservation and executing ownership’s operational strategies.    Having literally grown up in the business and with years of hands-on experience under his belt, Jake brings a wealth of knowledge to the role.   Prior to joining CLK Properties, Jake graduated from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management with a focus in Real Estate Management. Additionally, Jake attended NYU’s Schack School of Real Estate.

Based in New York, he spends much of his time out on the field traveling to CLK’s multifamily portfolio across the country to ensure success of various ventures.
