Jake Koenigsberg

Asset Manager

Jake works in Asset Management. He joined CLK Properties in January of 2020.  In his role, Jake supports the company in all aspects of its multifamily and office portfolios, with a focus on planning, budgeting, asset preservation and executing ownership’s operational strategies. Based in New York, he spends much of his time out on the field traveling to CLK’s multifamily portfolio across the country to ensure success of various ventures.

Prior to joining CLK Properties, Jake graduated from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management with a focus in Real Estate Management. Additionally, Jake attended NYU’s Schack School of Real Estate
