Davy Johnson

VP of Multifamily Operations

Davy is Vice President of Operations, based out of CLK Multifamily headquarters in Memphis, Tennessee. In his role, Davy leads CLK’s Multifamily Management division to include on-site operations as well as the accounting, information technology, marketing, training, human resources, risk management, and analytics functions. Under his oversight, the Multifamily division is ultimately responsible for the development and successful execution of each asset’s respective business plan as well as the financial performance of the overall multifamily portfolio.

Davy has led the Multifamily Management division since its inception in 2005 and has 45 years of experience in the property management industry serving in senior leadership positions. Davy is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and is an affiliate real estate broker in the state of Tennessee. He has also served in various capacities as a board member in the Apartment Association of Greater Memphis (AAGM).
