Director Of Analytics

Stephen is Director of Analytics, based out of CLK Multifamily headquarters in Memphis, Tennessee. Stephen joined CLK full time in January 2013 after interning with the company throughout his years in college. In his role, Stephen is responsible for leveraging internal and external analytics to assist in the development of business plans for existing assets as well as future acquisitions while shaping CLK’s overall growth strategy.  Stephen specializes in market analytics, demographic analysis, and the micro and macroeconomic factors that drive the commercial real estate industry. Additionally, he is responsible for the implementation of CLK’s revenue management platform, development and implementation of ongoing renovation programs, and other strategic initiatives within the organization.

Stephen graduated from the University of Memphis in 2010 with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a concentration in management. He followed that in 2012 with a Master’s of Business Administration with dual concentrations in finance and economics.
