Investor Relations Manager & Asset Management Analyst

Maxx is the Investor Relations Manager and Asset Management Analyst at CLK Properties, based in New York.   In his role, Maxx leads the investor relations division by maintaining communication between CLK and its investors to ensure they are informed about the company’s financial performance, strategy, and future prospects. Maxx also supports the company in all aspects of its multifamily portfolio, with a focus on planning, budgeting, asset preservation and executing ownership’s operational strategies. Maxx joined CLK Properties in September of 2015.

Prior to joining CLK Properties, Maxx was as a Digital Marketing Analyst.  Maxx graduated from The University of Tampa in 2013 with Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing & Finance.   A native New Yorker, Maxx now lives in Manhattan.
