Michael is a Financial Analyst at CLK Properties focusing on all aspects of its multifamily and office portfolio. In his role, Michael provides financial modeling for all acquisitions, dispositions and financing on all properties within the CLK Portfolio. His primary responsibilities include due diligence, financial modeling and market reconnaissance.
Prior to joining CLK Properties, Michael was an associate at Cantor Commercial Real Estate where he assisted in the origination of commercial real estate loans. Previously, Michael was an analyst at Cushman and Wakefield where he conducted third party underwriting of commercial properties for debt and equity providers.
Michael holds an MBA from CUNY Zicklin School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from SUNY Stony Brook University. Michael currently resides in New York, New York.
