Michael Zampetti

VP of Multifamily Construction

Michael Zampetti joined CLK Properties in 2022 as VP of Multifamily Construction.  Michael overseas all capital improvement projects in the multifamily portfolio ensuring ownership meets its goals for budget, schedule, and quality.  Prior to joining CLK, Michael was a principal at Largo where he oversaw the development and construction of the firm’s projects.  Michael is also an adjunct professor at Fordham University.

Michael graduated from Penn State University with a degree in History and NYU’s SCPS Real Estate program with a MS in Real Estate Development.
