CLK Properties proudly announces the acquisition of Village at Goodlett Farms, a 144-unit apartment community located in Memphis, Tennessee. With this acquisition, CLK Properties becomes the 3rd multifamily landlord in Memphis and the 8th largest in the Volunteer State. The private, family-owned investment and management firm now owns and operates 8 properties in Memphis, totaling 2,895 units, and 14 properties throughout Tennessee, totaling over 4,291 units.

With the acquisition of Village at Goodlett Farms, CLK Properties continues to expand its presence in the Memphis market and reinforce its reputation for creating long-term value through hands-on management and close collaboration between the on-site and asset management teams.
