CLK Acquires Atlanta Area Triple-Net Retail

CLK Properties has acquired a triple-net retail site in Kennesaw, GA which sits 23 miles northwest of downtown Atlanta.

The 5,630 square foot building, occupied by Fuddruckers restaurant, is located just off of E.W. Barrett Parkway at the entrance of the Town Center at Cobb Mall which is conveniently situated at the fork of I75 and I575.

CLK’s CEO, Craig Koenigsberg, was attracted to the site due to its highly trafficked, easily accessible location and strong overall market demographics.
