CLK Plants Its Flag In Northwest Arkansas With Acquisition Of Villages Of Cross Creek

CLK Properties kicks off 2021 strong with the acquisition of Villages of Cross Creek, a 192-unit garden style community, located in Rogers, Arkansas.  Built in 2007, the property features 17 attractive buildings dressed in red brick, vinyl and stone, offering a desirable mix of apartments and townhomes, featuring 9’ ceilings, crown molding, modern floorplans, in-unit washer & dryers and attached garages in select units.  

CLK expanded its portfolio into the Razorback State in 2017, and the acquisition of Villages of Cross Creek marks CLK’s first property in Northwest Arkansas. Best known as the home of Walmart, the retail giant’s global headquarters employs over 18,000 residents at its campus in Bentonville, 10 minutes from the Villages, plus an additional 9,000 employees work at the 1,600 Wal-mart vendors throughout the metro.
