CLK Acquires 972 Units in Memphis, TN

CLK Longview, a joint venture of CLK Properties and RCG Longview, has acquired Country Squire Apartments, a 972 unit apartment complex in the Shelby Farms submarket of Memphis, TN from an affiliate of Memphis based Fogelman Properties.

Sitting on approximately 83 acres at the corner of Walnut Grove Road and Germantown Parkway, the community is a Memphis landmark, with excellent visibility and accessibility. The property offers a “resort-like” amenity package, including the largest clubhouse in the submarket, six swimming pools, a renovated and expanded fitness center, two racquetball courts, a business center, and three tennis courts.
