CLK Acquires Sycamore Lake, Memphis, TN

CLK Properties has acquired Sycamore Lake Apartments, a 357 unit garden style community located in northeast Memphis in close proximity to the highly desirable suburb of Bartlett.

CLK is a national owner/operator of multifamily and commercial properties and is an active investor in the Memphis market.
