CLK Buys Edgewater/Uptown Portfolio

Edgewater and Uptown Chicago Apartment Buildings

CLK Properties has acquired 6 residential properties in the Edgewater and Uptown communities of Chicago.

These Chicago apartment buildings are located at 5051 and 6134 N Kenmore, 5711 and 5718 N Winthrop, 4875 N Magnolia and 1325 W Wilson, include 435 residential units plus retail space.  All 6 Chicago apartment buildings received a complete renovation including modern unit finishes and common areas with a modern/vintage charm.

CLK Buys N Elaine Place Apartment Buildings

CLK Properties has acquired a nine-building apartment portfolio in Chicago.

The buildings, which encompass 175 residential units, are all situated on N. Elaine Place in Chicago’s highly desirable Lakeview submarket.

CLK Buys 3501 N Pine Grove

CLK Properties has purchased 3501 N Pine Grove in Chicago, IL.

Its twelfth acquisition in Chicago in the past twelve months, the property consists of a 16-unit, vintage residential building in the highly sought after Lakeview submarket.

CLK Expands in Chicago with N Milwaukee

CLK Properties has acquired 2934 N Milwaukee, a two-story vintage mixed-use building constructed in 1917 and extensively renovated in 2005.

CLK Acquires Rogers Park Condos

CLK Properties acquired 15 condominium units and approximately 5,000 square feet of  retail space at 6351 N. Lakewood in the Rogers Park submarket of Chicago.

The property, which contains a total of 25 condo units and 6 retail spaces, is a charming 3-story, 1920’s vintage brick structure.
